*Orders to Estonia are usually delivered within 1-3 business days. Shipping to Latvia, Lithuania and Finland usually takes about 1-3 business days. Other international orders are usually delivered within 2 weeks (using Omniva courier). In some cases the delivery may take up to 30 days, depending on the transport company and customs procedures. *If you place your order before 1 PM, your order will be delievered to SmartPOST or Omniva parcel terminal by the next day (in Estonia). PS! PS! During public holidays and sales campaigns (like BlackFriday, Cyber Monday etc.) the delivery time may be around one week or more.

If the order is placed after 1 PM, we will hand it over to couriers the following day.

How will I receive my order?

In Estonia we are using Omniva and Itella SmartPost parcel machines We are using Omniva parcel machines in Latvia and Lithuania and Itella Smartpost parcel machines in Finland. To all the other countries we are delivering via Omniva standard courier.

International delivery may take up to 30 days but, according to our experience rarely exceeds 1-2 weeks.


Don’t hesitate to buy from our online store, try it on at home and if you don’t like it, return the product or exchange it to another one. The item must be clean, without any signs of use. It must carry original labels. Unfortunately we cannot exchange or return used items or items that have been adjusted to your needs.

Products purchased from our physical stores can only be returned or exchanged if the item has defects.

1. Online store purchases can be returned or exchanged in 14 days after the goods were received

2. Returned item must not be used, worn or washed. It must have original labels and other characteristics of an unused product. If the product has been used for purposes other than it is necessary to understand its features and/or size, has signs of use or wear, then the seller has the right to reduce the returnable amount in accordance to the decreased value of the product. Products that the buyer has altered before returning them are not returnable.

3. Returns or exchanges are applicable once per order. A product that has been exchanged once can not be exchanged twice.

4. Together with the returnable product, the client must present:
– filled declaration of returns (PDF) and
– a receipt, an invoice or an order number.
these items are not required if the purchase was registered under the clients name and e-mail address in the physical store or online store. A declaration of returns is provided with the delivery.

5. The returnable products must be delivered to Sangar within 14 days after submitting the return declaration. They must be sent to Sangar AS, Sõpruse pst 2, 50050 Tartu, Estonia or to one of our stores. If you ordered the goods to a parcel machine, you can return them through the same parcel terminal, using a return-code provided by the service provider. Omniva provides a dedicated return-code for their shipments.

6. Goods are exchanged for goods of the same value. If the replacement item costs more, client has to pay the difference. As an exception, you do not have to pay extra if you’re just getting another size, even if you got the item with a discount. If the replacement item is cheaper than the original one, we unfortunately cannot refund you the price difference.

If you cannot find a suitable replacement item, you have the right to get 100% refund for the item, if it is clean, not used nor washed.

8. The money will be transferred to your bank account or through the payment method you used (Paypal, Klarna, Paytrail or similar) immediately but not later than 14 days since we received the return. The item must be clean and not used, your identity and the original order must be verified. Unfortunately we cannot exchange or return used items or items that have been adjusted to your needs.

Please use the goods with common sense and follow care instructions. Should there still be a problem with the item in two years’ time, you are kindly welcomed to return it and provide us feedback. If the problem came with normal usage, we will happily repair the item or offer you a new one.
